Human Development Foundation (HDF) is a not for profit Trust promoted by a group of eminent young professionals and institution builders of the state with an objective to create quality human resources and think tank for the state and the country. The Trust has established a premier Management College, i.e. HDF School of Management, at Naranpur, Trisulia, near Cuttack, where various management programmes with approval from AICTE are being run. The Trust has also established two ITCs, one in Agriculture sector which is first of its kind in Odisha. With the objective to create think tank HDF undertakes research, advocacy and action projects in the field of health, education, livelihood and governance through its its dedicated wing, i.e., centre for Development Action and Research (cDAR). Skill Odisha Initiative of HDF is a unique programme to train school drop outs and rural youth in a massive scale for their better livelihood.
